Client accounts issue - Database Restoration
Last night's accounts daily data back-up failed and some clients may notice domain information missing from their accounts. We are restoring the data from the daily back-up from Tuesday and your account(s) will return to a 'normal' state upon completion.
If you need domain information or DNS routing changes on missing domains before the restoration is complete, please submit a support ticket, or call us at (360) 225-9694.
