As a website owner, you have the responsibility to keep your review your website once it is constructed to provide feedback so that we can be sure that your website is the best fit possible for your business needs. We would like you to fully review your website at least once per Quarter.

We appreciate your business and want to ensure that the services we provide exceed your expectations. Thank you in advance for taking the time to provide this feedback.

Please place a check in each box to indicate your site meets the guidelines. You may wish to print the checklist and go through the site before returning to fill out the web form.

3. No missing pictures or graphics (will appear as a broken picture link)
4. Pictures/images used are a reasonable size and fast to download.
NOTE:  We recommend that you test your websites for download time from a dial up connection and a broadband connection.
5. All copied graphics that are not original meet guidelines for fair use, do not violate copyright guidelines, and/or have permission from the owner to use.
6. Site contains NO pictures that of non-permissioned persons or that North Fork IT Services have a signed Photo Release Form from the persons pictured.
7. Grammar and spelling has been checked.
8. Site contains contact information.
9. All pages have a title that accurately describes the page content (no Template).
10. Backgrounds should be white or light in color. Text should be black or dark in color. (suggested, your actual site design may not reflect this check)
11. All graphics must be good quality, small in size, and quick to download for modem users. (suggested)
12. No shared borders (suggested)
13. Front Page web components are not used. Web component include but are not limited to hover buttons, hit counters, and or embedded excel spreadsheets (suggested)
14. Navigation easy to follow, consistently placed on all pages and has a way back to the main page
15. Pop-up windows and frames not used (strongly suggested)
16. If theme used, it is used consistently throughout the site (suggested)
17. If theme is not used, colors and design is consistent throughout the site (suggested). 
18. Same font type used consistently throughout the site.
19. Business logo artwork must be the official artwork that has been provided by you the Client or has been specifically designed for your website by North Fork IT Services or another design firm.
20. Personal or editorial web pages on the site must include the statement “Opinions expressed on this page are not necessarily those of "Your Company Name"” (suggested)
21. Text and images on pages are aligned (tables are the best method to ensure proper alignment across platforms and browsers).
